
Hi I’m Katie and have been working as a Personal Trainer in Sussex for many years.
I joined Sussex Bootcamps in 2008 and love helping clients to achieve life changing results through improving their health and fitness. I thrive on clients transforming their lives and gaining all the benefits of leading a fit and healthy lifestyle.

Prior to working as a Personal Trainer I was a Clinical Nurse Specialist. I gained a degree in Nursing Science and then travelled and worked for 5 years in Australia as a nurse in my specialist area. With my nursing background and my ongoing passion for health and fitness I found the career change to Personal Trainer ideal.
For my own fitness in the past I have played many sports including football, hockey and netball. I now enjoy anything that challenges me and pushes me to my limits; this tends to include a variety of metabolic circuits and strength training sessions. I am also a keen runner and enjoy competing in local races. I also attained a new marathon personal best in Berlin in 2010.
Like Bootcamp, I enjoy exercising with friends for the motivational and social aspects. I continually set myself goals as believe that this is the key ingredient to achieving my best not only in my personal life but also in my commitment to being the best Personal Trainer that I can be.
