  1. Hire a one-on-one personal trainer: As an experienced personal trainer, I can tell you first hand that personal training (with the right trainer) absolutely works. I was very nervous at my first session but needn’t have worried, Steve was very welcoming and I soon found out that the rest of the group were open, supportive and social.
